This paper continues the security management discussion from [LoLiKa93]. There we discuss how System It's (see[GriWad76]) authorization mechanism for relational data-base systems can be generalized and used as an authorization mechanism for Files, Keys, and Groups in Virtual Office.By working with the concept of Virtual Office, the need for even more advanced security management was soon discovered. In other words, the problem of how to formalize the combinations of the security restrictions on Files, Keys, and Groups was faced. In this paper we will therefore elaborate on the distributed dynamic security mechanism presented in[LoLiKa93] and discuss how it is possible to combine the different security mechanisms by using a combinationof System It's and Minsky's ([[Minsky8l]) authorization mechanisms togeher with well known theory about functional dependencies.
