Mice were intoxicated for 1-36 days with 3-aminohydrocarbostyril, and the activities of amine oxidase in brain, liver and kidney were observed histochemically by the method using potassium tellurite. There were no distinguishable changes in the brain and kidney, but the activity in liver disappeared in case of the mouse toxicated for 36 days.
