• Ultrafiltration of Trichoderma viride QM 6a cellulase was carried out and protein recovery values were correlated with various enzyme activities. C_1 activity showed a progressive dependence on the presence of a protein fraction where C_x activity values of molecular weight less than 30,000,remained comparatively constant. Mathematical analysis of the filtration data indicates that a relatively sharp separation was obtained at a cutoff point of molecular weight 30,000.
