• The recent private afforestations, at the agricultural district of Kobe City, were researched for at the distinction among their scales in area, at the distinction among their actors' own forest scales in area and at the difference among the kinds of their trees afforested. And results obtained are as follows; On the direction, future of the private afforestation should be given, an afforestation acted by owner of forest on a small scale in area, an afforestation on a small scale in area and an afforestation not aimed at production of timber are problemes to us.
