"Wasabi" (Eutrema wasbi MAXIM.) is a hydrophite that belong to the Cruciferae, and is cultured and used as condiments in Japan.The contents of mineral elements in leaf, root-stock and root of "Wasabi" plant (Variety "Daruma") were determined. The results of analyses were shown in Table 1. Among the elements studied, contents of ash and K_2O were higher in leaf and root than in root-stock.
