Mossbauer spectra of Fe_<75.3>Cu_1Mo_3Si_<13.5>B_9 nanocrystalline alloy produced by annealed the rapidly quenched alloy have been investigated. The structure of the Mo alloy consists of a-Fe(Si) nanocrystalline phase with DO_3 structure and boundary phase (residual amorphous phase). Mossbauer spectra of the alloy consists of five sextets subspectras. The four subspectra correspond to nanocrystalline grain phase a-Fe(Si) and the one corresponds to boundary phase (residual amorphous phase). The Si concentration in Fe-Si(DO_3) structure of nanocrystalline Mo alloys annealed at 500℃-600℃ is 17.8-20.%Si.
