The SEIKO Message-Watch is a SEIKO electronic wristwatch that combines an easy-to-use yet versatile pager with a personal information receiver. It receives the internationally standerdized FM subcarrier signals. So, the communications are currently working to establish paging networks in all countries of the world. It's also one of the most accurate wristwatches, it receives time updates from the U.S. Bureau of Standards many times each day. This paper gives outline of the Message-Watch Cal.MA520 and the Receptor system.
