The vascular malformations play a role to the meningocerebral hemorrhage in the youth, and the bleeding from aneurysm has many danger and bad prognosis. It is necessary to find the malformation before bleeding and to treat surgically. Most of the cases with arterio-venous malformations can be detected by clinical symptoms and abnormalities in electroencephalogram in that stage. On the other hand, it is difficult to diagnose the aneurysm before bleeding by reason of poor symptom and EEG-abnormality. Therefore, the cerebral angiography is the only one method to detect them.
