• Using radioisotope clearance method and dilution technique, various circulatory problems in liver diseases, chiefly in liver cirrhosis, were studied. 1.) Remarkable findings in circulatory changes of liver cirrhosis were not only de-creased liver blood flow but also increased cardiac output and peripheral blood flow. 2.) Method for separate determination of hepatic arterial and portal blood flow was further studied. 3.) The new method detecting the presence and degree of intrahepatic shunt was introduced .
