Recently, environmental issues have been increasingly attended to in society. We focused on the pulp as material which is easy to recycle, rather than plastic which is exhaustible resources, and have developed the paper bottle molding system. Also in a paper container, it is important that container is light weight, having required strength, from economical efficiency and safety. Then, we studied about a method of controlling to the target thickness by the slurry injection pressure and volume in a paper making process. Consequently, we could obtain the paper bottle with the target thickness using many kind of the used paper by the method which we developed.
