This paper describes a new imaging pyrometer for analyzing combustion and melting phenomenon. This approach is based on a practical computation of output signals from video camera. The concept of the temperature computation is based on ratio temperature, where ratio temperature is a true temperature for the gray body. Two of output signals from red, green and blue sensors are selected to obtain the reciprocal temperatures, which are proportional to each other. Then, by numerical simulation, we have proved that ratio temperature can be correctly obtained "until the" spectral band's widths of specified two wavelengths "extends" to several hundreds nano-meters. By utilizing this High-speed imaging/ratio temperature radiometer, variations of the geometrical shape and temperature of object can be measured at the same time.
