It is well known that Robot Contest of "College of Technology" is televised on a nationwide program at the end of the year. It has a history of over ten years since 1988. This rule changes every year. It is important to technology transfer from upper class student to lower class students at the event. But now, Rule changes to wrong direction. Author report influence of rule's change and effect of technology transfer.
