Generally, most cases of simulation analyses for flow behavior of polymer melt in the cavity of injection molds have been planed to provide one software work for one individual cavity. The more complicate and large scale becomes the cavity, the more dose the work. The purpose of the study is to establish an automatization of numerical analysis for the field, introducing a concept of Element Mold Method to solve this inherent difficulty with large scale cavity. The definition of the EM is discussed and examples of simple EM with single gate are analyzed and illustrated. In the investigation, problem of the fluid behavior as Newtonian in unisothermal condition was treated, but the cases in the paper treats isothermal. Automatic FEM partitioning, transfer of data and visualization of the result of analysis have been also executed.
