This paper is described that developing the finishing machine of body surface foundations before paintings. The repair of the body surface of train, it needs to put the putty for foundations before painting, then it have to remove the oil of the putty and to be coarse surface for ensuring the quality. This work is hard because it performed by human power, and it is duty and risky because it breaks out the dust and it has to use the chemical detergent. Therefore the finishing machine is developed for improvement of work environment and efficiency
