Traveling bubble cavitation usually appears near the inception conditions of cavitation. During the violent collapse of the cavitation bubble a noise pulse is generated and this can be used to characterize the flow conditions. In this paper the scaling method developed by the first author is used to analyze the measurements of the number of pulse n_p generated in the center of a circular cylinder with/without a splitter plate. The scaling is done under the assumption of a characteristic process frequency F. By using the appropriate scaling relationship it is shown that the measurements from different test velocity and pressure will collapse into a single curve.
