A rushing wave of globalization caused by the development of computer and telecommunication technology etc. surges our surroundings severely and compels us to change our living culture or life style in addition to the political and economical systems. Under these circumstance it is difficult to have wins in succession against keen global competition if we pay an attention only to the establishment of new technology, R&D and so on. Perhaps it may be necessary that we venture to desert the contents of recognition and thought to dominate our traditional behavior standards and have to restructure them mentioned above. Closer consideration and thinking on the very important subjects such as national policy, corporation activity under global competition an education systems turned out a man of creative power and competitive strategy should lead to a novel ways of planning and doing.
