The study on time domain of wheelsets parameters is carried out about lateral vibration of locomotive & vehicle, freedom response is got from random response by random decrement technique and then modal parameters are identified also. Constant conicity and unconstant conicity are researched, and the way of getting random decrement function is analysed. The results is good by compute.
