The trends of cutting methods are moving from slow speed/heavy cutting to high speed/light cutting. Machines and tools are also moving the same way. In this case, more efficient cutting methods are expected. New throw away inserts and tools are able to gain more chip removal from the same machine. In this paper, we describe that rigidity is the most important factor for almost all cutting methods, even in thin wall work which is very weak. And various cutting examples are also described as follows.
