Phase-shifting digital holography is a suitable method for measuring very small displacement. In this research, the optical system which can measure surface displacement was built and the validity was verified in the circumferencially fixed disk under a concentrated load at its center. And there was a good agreement between theoretical and experimental results. Phase-shift presents the complex amplitude of object beam. Experimental process is following. First, obtain four holograms given fringe scanning by PZT mirror before deformation and after deformation. Then, obtain phase difference between before deformation and after deformation. This phase difference is from -π to π. Following, Doing phase unwrapping gives correct phase distribution from phase difference. The purpose of the surface displacement be acquire by Phase-shifting digital holography convert into strain we use least squares method. Least squares method smooth surface displacement data. This process can obtain very good differential value. And obtaining three dimensional surface displacement, object beam is irradiated three directions. It is necessary to change into the components of displacement arbitrary coordinate system from the components of displacement of the direction of a sensitivity vector. A direction of sensitivity vector is the direction which components of displacement understand. Its direction is the direction of a bisector of the angle of object beam and reference beam. We product the program changed into components of displacement arbitrary coordinate systems from the displacement obtained phase-shifting digital holography. And simulation data was created and the check of operation was performed. Consequently, phase unwrapping failure part mind outside has checked operating correctly. Moreover, the experiment which takes the hologram of a screw and carries out image reproduction using the Fresnel transform was also conducted. The result brought a result of anticipation reason.
