This report describes the measuring system applying the direct linear transformation (DLT) method as one of the principal methods for three dimensional image analysis to measure the location of the contact line with running. Two cameras are provided on the roof of the train taking pictures continuously by which the distance between the train and the cable can be obtained after compared both picture. Pictures are superposed by the location data to identify the measuring point for easy reference.
