In order to develop high-efficiency turbine blade profiles, various kinds of time marching methods have been proposed for computing mixed subsonic-supersonic flows with shock waves. However, while two dimensional analyzers are now widely used for the computation of the flows, three dimensional analyzers suffer from consuming long CPU time because of the large amount of calculation. This paper presents a new method of reducing this drawback. In this method, the time dependent Euler equations are solved by time marching and volume approach. In order to save CPU time, two step solution (using fine mesh and coarse mesh) is introduced and the programs are coded to utilize APs (array processor). Consequently, a great saving of CPU time and accurate calculation can be obtained.
