The spanwise distributions of characteristic values such as aerodynamic coefficients of a circular cylinder with tangential blowing immersed in a uniform flow were measured. From the results obtained the range affected by the side-wall of a wind tunnel was determined. The range becomes narrower when the location of the slot is farther downstream. The induced angle of attack by the trailing vortices was also calculated. There exists an upwash on the side-wall and it is of the same order of magnitude as the velocity of uniform flow.
