Establishment of condition monitoring and diagnosis techniques of the facility machines is needed to the improvement of productivity of the factory. In condition diagnosis of the rotating machinery by vibration analysis, the feature parameters such as shape factor, crest factor, skewness value, kurtosis value, etc. has been used for extracting features of the vibration signal. However, there is a case in which these feature parameters obtained from measured vibration signal are not sensitive to the machine condition. In this paper, we propose a new method for separating the vibration signal to the normal component and the abnormal component, method to extract feature of the vibration signal and diagnose the machine condition more precisely by observing the parameter waveform. By calculating the instantaneous value of the feature parameter of the vibration signal, we can get and observe the feature parameter waveform and by analyzing them, it become possible for us to survey the machine condition and identify the fault of machinery. In order to verify the effectiveness of these methods, we carried out the condition diagnosis for the various vibration signals. It was confirmed that the detection of the slight changes of the vibration are possible by these methods.
