• Bone regeneration is enhanced with the aid of Guided Bone Regeneration technique, in which biomaterials are effectively utilized. Here we introduce two bioabsorbable organic/inorganic composites for innovated GBR technique. Characteristics of these composites were optimized for bone regeneration. With the use of these materials, canine bone defects as large as 20mm were successively treated.
