Immunohistochemical Study of Glutathione S-Transferase-π in Meningiomas

髄膜腫のサブタイプにおけるglutathione S-transferase-πの発現を免疫組織化学的に検索した。Meningothelial typeは強陽性であり、fibrous typeはすべての細胞が陰性であった。Microcystic typeではmeningothelial cell clusterとarachnoid trabecular cellが陽性であり、secretory typeではmeningothelial componentとpseudopsammoma body産生細胞が陽性であった。Meningothelial typeと、fibrous typeとは発生母地もその生物学的態度も異なると考えられた。またarachnoid trabecular cellはmeningothelial cellと同一の起源を有し、secretory typeにおけるpseudopsammoma body産生細胞は、meningothelial cellの性格を残しながら上皮性分化を示したと考えられた。
