Central Neurocytoma Presenting with Intratumoral Hemorrhage 15 Years after Initial Treatment by Partial Removal and Irradiation : Case Report

脳瘍内出血を認めたcentral neurocytomaの一例を報告する。症例は15年前に脳瘍部分摘出と術後放射線治療の既往を有する50歳男性。初回治療後、外来経過観察中に残存腫瘍の再増大の所見は認められなかった。血腫除去と腫瘍のbiopsyが行われ、腫瘍内に発達した異常血管が放射線照射により循環障害に陥り出血をきたしたと考えられた。Central-neurocytomaの多くは良性の経過をとることや、腫瘍内出血などの放射線照射による遅発性障害の危険を考慮すると、増殖能の低いcentral neurocytomaにおいては、部分摘出例に対する放射線治療の必要はないと考えられる。
