Association of a Dolichoectatic Middle Cerebral Artery and an Intracranial Cavernous Hemangioma : Case Report

• dolichoectasiaの報告は画像診断の発展に伴い増えつつあるが，その病因については未だ明確でない．今回我々は左側中大脳動脈dolichoectasiaに合併した左側前頭葉cavernous hemangiomaの一例を報告する．症例は41歳女性，全身痙攀の精査によるCT・MRIにて，左側中大脳動脈瘤とcavernous hemangiomaを疑われ，手術を施行した．手術にて動脈硬化を伴わない左側中大脳動脈dolichoectasiaに合併した左側前頭葉cavernous hemangiomaと診断した．今回の症例に於いて，dolichoectasiaの病因について考察を加えた．
