Lhermitte-Duclos Disease Associated with Cowden's Disease : Case Report

• Lhermitte-Duclos病とCowden病の合併例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。症例は49歳の男性で小脳腫瘍の部分摘出術を受けた。病理診断はLhermitte-Duclos病であった。検診で食道と胃のポリポーシスを指摘されたことがあり精査にて食道、胃、S字状結腸および直腸にポリポーシスを認めた。退院後のフォローアップ中にCowden病に特懲的な皮膚・粘膜病変を認めた。両疾患の合併はこれまでに12例の報告がある。両者が新しいphakomatosisに属するとする仮説が多くの支持を得ているが各々が独立した疾患として生ずる可能性も否定できない。
