Introducing motions with variable inclinations on the torus, we intend totreat random walks as stochastic-tvr>e motions on the torus. Comr>ared with therrobabilit>' densitv for sojourn time of the classical harmonic oscillator, thelimitins densitv for random walks becomes also uniform on the torus if we definenew variables. The famous aresine la',v can be interr>reted in terms of new variablesand its r>aradoxical feature disar>r:aea.rs. This fact suggests that we can interpreteother seeminsl>' curious r>henomena. in the r>robabilit>r theorv in terms or ay..namical system.
