Humoral hypercalcemia of malignancyを呈した Juvenile Granulosa Cell tumorの1例

We report a case of granulosa cell tumor which developed hypercalcemia with parathyroid hormone related protein (PTHrP) production. The patient, a 28-year-old woman, was seen with chief complaints of general fatigue, polyposia and polyuria. The serum level of calcium was 13.9mg/dl and the pelvic mass size was 20×15×15cm. The serum level of PTHrP was 1,091pmol/l and the preoperative serum level of intact PTH was 5pg/ml. She was operated on for ovarian tumor resection. The postoperative serum level of PTHrP was normal. She received postoperative chemotherapy (BEP) because of a strong possibility of recurrence. We diagnosed the condition as humoral hypercalcemia of malignant ovarian tumor.
