• It has previously been reported that the Golgi's apparatus of the mammary gland is subject to qualitative changes characteristic of the functional activities of the glanduar cells themselves. In the present study on the Golgi's apparatus of the mammary gland of the lactating albino rat in hunger and dehydration, it has been observed that Golgi's apparatus is destroyed into small particles so that the decrease in its secretory activity is apparent.
