The decay of the pernaaittivity of II{bzZnCl.j is sttrdied over ten days in the cornmensuratephase. No eqttilibritrna state is actually f'otrr'nd af'ter an experience of twelve days. Assumingthat the heating branch mary represent the equiJibriuraa state a three-component relaxation laxvis obtained xvith three different relaxation tittae. These relaxation titnes are connected to threedifferent rnechanisrns of perraaittivity dec?ty: six donuain wall unerging, pair annihilation andpinning to defects.
