XX7e present exact ground states in spin models with orbital degeneracy in one and higherdirnensions. A tnethod to obtain the exact "round states of the uaaodels when the Hamiltonians arecomposed of' the products of two comuntrt?tbIe operators is proposed. For the case of the spin- l /2model with two-fold degeneracy sonae exact grotrnd states are given, such as the Valence-Bond(VB), the magnetically ordered, and the orbitally ordered states trnder particular paranaeterregimes. We also find tnodels with the higher spin and degeneracy which have the new type VBground states in the spin arnd the orbital sectors.
