• We study analytic expressions for the averaged f'r?tctiota of each vertex type of the six-vertexnaodel extensively. Upon the critical line the expressions of the qtrantity in the anti-ferroelectricphase and in the gapless phase get siraaplified. This ena1.cles LIS to see naore easily the eqtuivalenceof the two quantities of which one is derived by difl'erentiating the free energy, and the other isby calculating a trace of tlae vertex operators in tlae theory of' a cjtranttrna alpine algebra, XVe alsoprove an extra liner relation sattisfied by the f'ractions on the critical line.
