Iron dichalcogenides FeXz (X=S, Se and Te) attract interest as semicondttcting znaterial con-taining narroxv 3d band. FeS3 crystallizes in a ctrbic pyrite-type strtmcture, and both FeSe3 andFeTe3 in an orthorhombic tnarcasite-type one. Electrical resistivity (p), Hall coefficient (7?jj)and thertnoelectric power (S) xvere stuclied on the synthetic samples of' iron dichalcogenidesFeXz (XIS, Se and Te) in the xvide temperature range (77 K-600 K). The tneasurements of p,R?, and S were done for the sanae sample which is tnade in the proper preparation condition toget the unttttrally coruaplementary infornaations xvith each other. All the prepared compotrnds aresemiconductive at tetnperattrres frotaa 77 K to 600 K. Bnergy gaps, [(;). (p) and f(;j. (Rjj), areestirnated frouta the teumperature dependence of' p and Rl{ in the region at high temperatures.The energy gap was fotrnd to decrease systetnatically f'rona FeSz to Fever.
