A systematic procedure for constructing a convergent perturbation theory is developed. Thisprocedure can be ttsed to calculate energy levels as well as wave functions. As an example ofthis, it has been applied to an anharmonic oscillator ground state with a strong coupling limitas well as a weak coupling limit.
