Based on the commutation relations of spin operators, flue second cjuauatizationoperators derived by Holstein-PrimakoIT and Dysoxa and its Hernaiteaut conjugateoperators are obtained. The mnatrix representations for a scalar product of two spixasby the Dyson's operators are not in agreement w'itlt the rigorous one except for thecase of spin J /2, a]tlaougl? tlteir eigenvalues are correct.
