The electron heat transport is enhanced above the Pfirsch-SchlQter factor bysmall-scale resonant helical perturbations in the collisional transport. In theplateau and MHD regime of the neo-classical theory, thermal conductivity acrossthe magnetic surface shown by zc77(b,/B.)' is dominant. It changes into theBol.rn type transport with a small coefficient in the transition regime from theplateau to the banana. Here tc7j is parallel electron thermal conductivity, b, andBg denote a radial component of the helical perturbations and a toroidal magneticfield, respectively.
