• Magnetic torque measurements were made on a pseudo-cubic perovskite crystalof SrRu0. having T.: 150 K and the magnetic easy axis of (110). Torque curvesmeasured showed discontinuities at certain angular directions which coincidedwith the principal directions of the pseudo-cubic frame. These are interpreted as amanifestation of the crystallographic and magnetic multi-dc>main structure of thesample crystals. The apparent non-collinear spin ferromagnetic behaviors so farobserved on polycrystalline specimens could be explained by this multi-domainmodel based on the high magnetocrystalline anisotropy. Both the ratio of themagnitudes of discontinuities observed in the torque curves and the amount ofspontaneous moments are in fair agreement with the expected values.
