Indium alloyed with 4.5 to 12.2 atomic percent cadmium can exist in cubic phase at and above 100℃. The Knight shift of the ^115<I>n resonance in cubic phase at each of the concentrations 5, 8 and 11 atomic percent of cadmium has been determined and extrapolated to zero concentration of cadmium. The value has been found to be +0.83±0.02%. The results have been discussed n the light of the free electron Fermi surface in indium metal.
