Multiple elastic scattering of electrons crystals is considered based on the Dirac's wave equation with the perturbation method. The result shows that besides the usual relativistic correction for wave-length, a new correction factor appears in the intensity formula of reflection, corresponding to the mass correction of electron. The new correction factor plays an important role in the dynamical theory of electron diffraction, and, for instance, it brings about an essential modification in the nonrelativistic result concern jag the dependence of the reflect ion intensity On wave-length. It follows that the dynamical effect does not vanish at the limit λ→0.
