The glow curves of the thermoluminescence of some zinc sulfide phosphors are measured for two different exponential heating rates by means of an oscilloscope, and the values of the depth and frequency factor of their traps are obtained by the Booth method. The value of the frequency factor is not constant for all traps, but becomes larger as the depth increases. The equations are also developed which permit the analysis of the glow curves for the exponential heating rate.
