Using the procedure of 'lattice space quantization', the cell method for liquids is developed quantum mechanically so as to include the intercellular motion of the molecules. It is shown that the statistics plays its essential roles in this inter-cellular motion just as in the case of ideal gases. The ground state of the Bose liquid and the lambda-transition of liquid helium are discussed on this stand point.
