Accurate Value of the Initial Slope of the Ordinary TF Function

By the inward numerical integration of the TF equation the accurate values of the initial slope as well as the asymptotic parameter of the ordinary TF function have been ultimately determined as B_0 = 1.5880710 and F_0 = 13.270934, and the exact values of the function itself have been tabulated.
