Our former theory [H. Ftnkuyama et a/.: J. Phys. Soc. Jpn, 65 (1996) 1182.1 of the coexis-tence of two long range orderings of spin-Peierls (SP) lattice dimerization and antiferromagneticstaggered rnornents in disordered SP systems have been extended in the treatment of impurityeffects. First it is shown that long range order of' the lattice dittaerization can be destroyed abovea critical density of impurity in accordance with recent experinaental results. Secondly effectsof xnagnetic fields are investigated in terrns of solitorx formations. In weakly disordered systemsmagnetic discounmensurations are f'ottnd to be fornaed around each ittaptrrity even in relativelyweak fields and the naagnetization j.crocess is expected to show two steps.
