We investigate the spectral statistics of a network rtaodel for a three-dinaensional layered qtran-ttnrn Hall systern numerically. The scaling of' the qttantity Jg : 1.<.5'>is used to deterrnine thecritical exponent v for several interlayer cotrpling strengths. Furthertnore, we determine the levelspacing distribtrtion Pa.s) as well as the spectral cotaapressibility X at criticality. We show thatthe tail of P(s) decays as exp( -tcs) with tc :: l/(2,y) and also ntrnaerically verify the equation.( = (d - D7 ) / (2d), where Dz is the correlation ditnension and d : 3 the spatial dirnension.
