A "random-time Toda equation" is obtained by replacing the time interval of the discrete-tirne Toda equation by random variables. The random-tirme Toda equation has higher-orderconserved qtrantities in spite of the randornness introdtnced into the equation. Also obtained arethe higher-order conserved quantities of a class of "random-time soliton equations" which arerelated to the random-time Toda equation via IN/Iitrra transformations.
