The transport and thermodynamical properties of highly conducting PF?-doped polypyrroleexhibiting resistivity maximum near 20 K are presented. The measurements were also carriedout on elongated PF(,-doped, nonrnetallic PF?-doped and p-toluensulfonate-doped samples. Thethermoelectric power, heat capacity and spin susceptibility all show a finite density of states atFermi level. The Hall cofficient is f'ound to be negative in all the saznples, contradictory to the signof thermoelectric power. The data including the magnetoresistance suggests the inhomogeneotrsstructure of polypyrrole with metallic grain or domain separated by nonrnetallic regions. Themetallic conductance appearing below 20 K is explained by a percolation path model, but alogarithmic temperature dependence appearing below 0.5 K is remained unexplained.
