Electronic properties originated frona the strong correlation have been exarnined for both metal-tic and insulating states in organic conductor, DCNQI-Ctr salt by txse of a periodic Andersonmodel with electron-phonon interaction. The local constraint imposed on the d-electron in theCu atorn is taken into accotrnt in tertns of a method of the slave-bosom. Compared with thepreviotrs naean-field calculation which corresponds to the global constraint, we have found novelaspects that the transition temperattrre is suppressed and that the magnetic stmsceptibility ofthe insulating state exhibits the temperattrre dependence of the Curie law. These results are infavor of the explanation of the experinuental restrlts.
