We ntrmerically calcttlate anornalous resistivity in electron-positron plastnas with a constantexternal electric field. The external electric field can atccelerate particles to create a IIIIINVO.}'distribution for electrons and positrons. Dtre to the counterstreanaing of' electrons and positronsby the acceleration frorn the external electric field the Bunernan instability with both longittr-dinal rnodes and transverse taaodes is excited. Plastaaas are destabilized throvrgh wave-particleinteraction. The effective collision I'reqtrency, which sets the anotnalous resistivity, increases pro-portionally with the drift velocity in tlue IOXV drif't velocity regirne. For l;trger drift velocities theelective collision freqtrency increases only weakly as ftrrther iracreases in the drift velocity.
